GYROTONIC® Level 1 - Pre-training, Foundation Course, Apprenticeship Segments and Updates
GYROTONIC® instruction is made up of three parts: an introductory Pre-training Course, the Foundation Course and the Supervised Apprentice Segments.
Pre-requisites
Pre-training: no pre-requisite.
Foundation course: Completion of the pre-training and approval of master trainer.
Supervised apprentice Segment 1: Completion of Foundation course and possession of apprentice certificate; it is required that a minimum of 20 hours practice teaching has been completed.
Supervised apprentice Segment 2: Successful completion of Segment 1, a minimum of 40 logged teaching hours following the Foundation Course syllabus.
